A very well balanced medium- to full-bodied classic Hunter Valley Shiraz. Red fruits on the nose with a dark chocolate sweetness in the background. A seamless palate with plum and dried spice flavours. There are tight structural tannins leading to a long soft round finish. A wine to enjoy now or cellar.

Medium cherry red in colour with obvious spicy black fruit on the nose. The palate is medium/high in acidity, laced with spicy black fruit and firm tannins. There is a distinct earthiness to this wine. The spiciness ad fruit lingers on the palate, leading to a long but youthful finish. This is an elegant Hunter red reminiscent of Burgundian structure and style. You will be rewarded with 6-8 years of cellaring.

Mid ruby in colour. Lots to like here with well composed blackberry and black cherry fruits with touches of leather and spice. Good initial impact before settling into a more supple fleshy mouthfeel, touches of tobacco and chocolate with grainy tannis and fruit pastilles to finish. Nice wine to enjoy over the early to medium term.

A gentle wine laden with ripe cherry and pomegranate fruit. There’s a touch of toffee apple on the nose, plus notes of baked plum clafoutis. It is a wine of moderate density and concentration with a long, succulent, persistent finish.
