Delivery Support – Australian Addresses

Shipping Prices & Delivery Times

Shipping is $25.00 within NSW/ACT and $35.00 for all other states. All freight prices include 10% GST.

Orders of over $250 are eligible for free shipping in Australia.

Please allow 10 business days for your wine order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this time, please email us office@mounteyre.com or call 0438MTEYRE.

Order Tracking

If you provide your email address you will be able to receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.

With all deliveries a signature is required. Without one, a calling card will be left in your absence to collect your wine from Australia Post. Mount Eyre Vineyards does not accept responsibility for any goods left unattended.

Delivery Support – International Orders

International shipping for Mount Eyre Vineyards online and winery direct orders is available. Please note that specific rules and pricing applies, depending on the country. Please discuss directly with our friendly staff for details.

Shipping Damages & Returns

If your wine does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received please email office@mounteyre.com or call 0438MTEYRE.

On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damages are incurred or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.

Changes to your Orders

If after completing your transaction, you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to office@mounteyre.com or call 0438MTEYRE, between 10am-5.00pm weekdays.

Where are you located?

Honeytree Estate Cellar Door, 130 Gillards Road Pokolbin 2320.

From Sydney it will take around 2hr15min minutes by car.
From Newcastle it will be about 1hr by care.

Booking Wine Tastings

Do I need to book a wine tasting experience?

To ensure you are not disappointed, it is advisable to book. Email office@mounteyre.com or call 0438MTEYRE.

For last minute reservations, contact us by telephone and we will see what we can do.

We welcome unreserved drop-in visitors as best we can; however booked patrons are given priority.

Do you charge for wine tastings?

Yes.

Our basic tasting fee is $10 for a 4-wine selection. The fee is $15 for a 6-wine selection. The tasting fee is redeemable on purchases of over $50.

Ask our staff about more premium tasting experiences.

All wines are served in professional glassware and by our knowledgeable team who are happy to answer all your questions.

Will you permit our children?

Yes, if they are well supervised so as not to disturb other patrons.

Will you permit our pets?

We permit pets in our outdoor spaces as long as they are leashed and well supervised and do not disturb other patrons. We do not permit pets inside the premises.
