Very pale-yellow green in colour with an intense nose of lanolin and straw. Underlying this is an intensity of passionfruit. The palate has immediate presence. Fine intense passionfruit with a laser like linearity and an intensity which builds to long focused and prolonged finish. This is an exceptional wine which will age beautifully over the next 20+ years. An absolute classic Hunter Semillon in the making.
