This is pre-aged semillon which tempts you to ponder should I keep it for another five years. It’s yummy now so maybe drink it in case the end of the world really is nigh. Max Crus 9.2/10 Savoury notes of almond-meal, fennel and buttered toast suggest a touch of age to this semillon. The palate flows, it’s aging nicely. For the price it’s a delicious aged semillon. I’d drink this sooner rather than later.
