Pale yellow in colour with distinctive lemon blossom/citrus notes on the nose. On the palate acidity is linear and high. There is a clean lanolin like character on the palate with a fine acid thread throughout the wine. This wine displays elegant weight and balance. I expect this wine to age well over the next 10-15yrs.
