Pale salmon-pink hue; bright, super-breezy, super-fresh; there’s low-level residual sugar to balance the crunchy acidity. We should be more supportive of rosés such as this.

Pale onion skin in colour, this elegant and fruit forward rosé shows attractive layers of raspberry and gently spicy aromas. Bone dry in style, its savoury with shy flavours and acidity a little on the tart side suggesting best enjoyed young.
