Mount Eyre Nero 2024

What do I eat with Nero D’Avola?

Our nero d'avola has colour, fragrance and some cherry notes that would please pinophiles (lovers of pinot noir). On the other hand, there is enough Hunter Valley savory and earthy essence to also appeal to shiraz fans. Accordingly, there is a diversity of food pairing at your disposal! In homage to its Sicilian origins, try it with squid-ink pasta or roasted sword fish. The pinophiles may like to pair it with duck. And of course, with a tasy ragu nothing is better!

Steak
— Red pasta sauces. Steak. Pizza. Duck. Roast pork. Roast lamb.
