Light, bright yellow colour with a fresh straw, dried herb, dried nori bouquet, the palate delicate and restrained, properly dry and lean, suibtle and tightly contained. Long finish with a glimpse of lemon. An appetising and food-fiendly dry white, and quite delicious.

Bright and gentle with aromas of lemon, gooseberry and a touch of peapod. The palate is very pure and refreshing – cleansing, in fact. I love the fresh, green notes reminiscent of freshly picked citrus.

Fiano is a wonderfully versatile wine that pairs perfectly with so many foods! Fiano is a flavorsome varietal that shows citrus, stone fruits and nutty characters. It sits in the centre of both body and sweetness profiles, so is almost universally liked by wine drinkers. We recommend seafood, chicken and creamy pasta dishes. A summer picnic, an antipasto platter and a crisp glass of fiano is also a delightful combination.
