Fresh and lively aromas of bath salts, white flowers and lemon pith. White peach and red apple flavours, fresh acidity and just a touch of phenolic grip. Bright, crunchy and easy drinking.
Aaron Brasher – Real Review – 86/100
Very pale-yellow green in colour with distinctive white pepper and herbaceous aromatics. The palate displays medium high acidity with distinctive fresh cut grass/citrus notes. The white pepper character also permeates the palate, and the finish displays a fruity fresh acidity.
Dr Ron Georgiou MW – Wine Oracle -88/100
This is impressive. While cases will shift from the cellar door because of fruity riffs on guava and citrus, patchouli and jasmine scents and the sheer exuberance, there is something more serious about it than most. Drier, too. There is a wild fennel note and a white pepper trail of freshness, not dissimilar to quality Soave. Effortless poise. Very good drinking.
