This is the first release of this style from Three Ponds, made using a unique blend of Merlot and Fiano. Very pale pink. Strawberries and cream, watermelon and red delicious apple aromas. Bright, fresh and juicy with a lovely mousse underpinning the core of strawberry, cherry and sweet citrus, crisp acidity and a touch of fruit sweetness on the zippy finish. preserve the freshness and bubbles, this wine has been sealed with a crown cap rather than cork.
